1) the title is actually a pun, as 'heiwa' (read as hey-wa) is another word for peace
2) at first I thought this was a mispell of Japan's idiosyncratic take on 'check it out (yo)' chekiratcho but a google search turned up a lot of 'ehh that was Koichi?!'s and a helpful review that stated the meaning was, according to KinKi, 'a contribution directly from peace'
