Report Regarding the Elisa Cell Murder Case

<Case Summary:
Shop assistant Elisa Cell (age 20) was murdered as she was closing the shop for the night.
Her lips and vagina were painted black, a black tear drawn across her face.
The fruit knife that was used as the murder weapon, as well as the black paint used on parts of the corpse, were all items for sale at the shop where she worked.
The victim sustained serious self-defense wounds that indicated a violent struggle, and the corpse itself was badly mutilated.
The scene of the crime was left in disarray, but nothing, including money, was stolen.
There were also several fingerprints found on the scene believed to be those of the perpetrator.
No evidence of sexual assault.

Conclusion:
It has been determined that the perpetrator of the murder of Elisa Cell is not the same person involved in the Black Maria Incident.
As a result of this, two separate criminal profiles have been made in regard to these cases.

Criminal Profile & Analysis: The Black Maria Incident

Most likely a Caucasian male.
Those who commit abnormal acts after a murder are largely male, and these crimes tend to be committed against women of their same race.
Victim was carefully and deliberately chosen (there was a motive to Vivian's murder), the intelligence required to plan such a crime is quite high, the murderer thinks logically.
The murderer enjoys thinking of his crime as art, treating himself as an artist revealing the reasons for his criminal act through the preparation of the body and crime scene.
From the lack of resistance on the part of the victim, we can conclude that the murderer gives a sociable appearance to a point, and is clever in the art of conversation.
There is no evidence of lack of ability as a sexual partner.
The skill with which the murder was committed suggests that the murderer may have killed in the past.
Age is indeterminable beyond the range of 20-50 years of age.
However, due to the victim herself being so young, it is unlikely that the murderer is elderly.
In terms of the person's character, he became most aroused at the victim's suffering and fear of death rather than the thought of being a murderer, causing him to ejaculate at the scene of the crime.
The murderer has a strong desire to control and make his victims see the error of their ways, and in this enjoys the teasing and forced submission of his victims far more than immediately killing them. He thinks of leaving several clues at the scene of the crime as a medium of control over the police and mass media in terms of what information is released. He becomes angry at the thought that his talents are not appreciated, and in making the incident public, is satisfying his human desire for the world to see and approve of his exceptional abilities.

However, from the message on the wall that suggests resistance to the reasoning for his crime, there is a potential for the murderer to be possessed of multiple personalities, one born of reason and the other born of a sense of failure.

Criminal Profile and Analysis: The Elisa Cell Murder Case

Caucasian Male.
Reasoning same as above.
The use of items already at the crime scene as the murder weapon and as the implements to prepare the corpse suggest poor planning, and an indiscriminate selection of a victim on the part of the murderer.
Due to serious wounds, some in self-defense, on the victim it can be deduced that the victim was suddenly attacked and killed on the spot.
Holding no logical thought, the murderer was carried away in his own delusions, with his only personal interest being to 'kill'.
The destruction of the crime scene itself reveals the murderer's own mental disorder, and if we think of this in tandem with the self-defense wounds found on the victim, we can conclude that the murderer is an introvert, poor at human relations, with a high probability of a mental complex especially in regard to his own personal appearance.
Of slight build and unable to have sexual relations with the opposite sex, it is supposed that he is impotent.
Due to the lack of any evidence suggesting sex acts or intercourse at the scene of the crime, it is thought that the murderer gains satisfaction solely from seeing his delusions of murder realized.
The unskilled manner in which the crime was committed suggests that this is perhaps his first murder, his age at a young 20-25 years.
Similar acts have been committed out of the sense of isolation and loneliness that comes out of losing employment or other factors, the murder itself arising out of the realization of some kind of delusion.
As for the painting of some parts of the corpse, it is not hard to conclude that the perpetrator simply found the story of the previous crime interesting, and is nothing more than a copy cat.
It is very likely that Elisa's murderer will kill again, not due to the pleasure experienced from killing Elisa, but rather from the satisfaction that comes from the notion of moving up in the world through his actions.
Also, since there are many cases in which murderers of this sort commit their crimes in places close to their own homes, consideration should be made to compiling a list of all persons within a three mile radius of the area who have a history of seeking psychiatric care for feelings of isolation or loneliness.
