  yasu no Saikin Donna Kanji?

yasu no Saikin Donna Kanji? is a serial column that ran in the publication CD Data (Now CD+DL Data) beginning in July 2008. Including three "special" articles published in the book BLACK BOX, there are a total of 19 articles, all based on what yasu remembers when asked about words that implement a specific theme kanji that changed every month. I actually prefer to leave the title untranslated, because it just doesn't translate as well as a title in English since it's such a play on words. Of course, since the article itself is based upon the interviewer giving yasu topics which contain a key kanji which changes for each article, the first meaning is something like "What kanji describes yasu lately?", but kanji (感じ) can also mean how someone or something feels, acts, or presents themselves--so it can also be translated as "How has yasu been getting by lately?" or something similar. Additionally, I will also be posting the final interview from "BLACK BOX" on this page, seeing as it was done by the same interviewer and is such closely connected with the other articles in the series and mentions them several times. I hope that you all enjoy the articles, and that they give you some insight into the kind of person that yasu is. Lastly, my thanks to LJ users miss_rain and incantoshine for their help creating the image banners!
